Had a great time during Christmas at this hotel - the staff was amazing, always willing to help and make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, with a kitchen area that allowed us to cook some simple dishes. The location was perfect - just a short walk to a lively market, and close to key attractions.
The air-conditioner in our room was a bit old and noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at times. It was a bit disappointing, but overall we still enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

We loved the hotel's proximity to everything - malls, great bars and restaurants. Transportation was also convenient. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities, such as the kitchenette, were excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Bathroom doorknob kept falling off and showerhead was worn out. Air conditioning only in the bedroom made it hard to cool the living room.
